I am in a dark parking lot at night and my car is broken down. I am trying to determine what is wrong with it. I have a bright light that I am shining under my car, but I realize that I do not know what to look for. In the distance I can see vehicles, bright lights, and cop cars. I’m not sure if they are responding to an accident or what else may be going on. I stand with my light trying to get their attention wondering if they can possibly see me from that far off.
